Shipping Policy

All of our garments are custom made to your wishes. The production time for most garments is 7-10 business days. After your order is completed in production, it will then be shipped. You have two choices to ship your finished order, Standard and Expedited.

Standard $7.95 Shipping
GreekwearMall will ship your order the best way possible. Most orders will be shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Packages will typically arrive within 5-7 days with the Standard option.

EXPEDITED Shipping
GreekwearMall will ship your order so that you will receive it within 2-3 days after its completion. Pricing for EXPEDITED shipping will depend on the size of the order and where we are shipping it.
All costs will be reflected in the shopping cart upon check out.

Return Policy

Because our entire product offering is custom made for our customers, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. If any product arrives damaged or we have made a mistake in production, we will replace that product with the correction made.

Notification must be sent to us in writing within 7 days of merchandise receipt and a Return Authorization (RA) must be given. We also must receive the merchandise back within 10 working days from your receipt of the product.

We do apologize for the strictness of this policy but due to the nature of the business, it must be followed. We take extra time to inspect every order before it leaves our facility to ensure it is as ordered without defects.
